I got laid off in 2019 after working only 3 months at a company where the CEO was caught in leading a $400 million ponzi scheme (fun story!). Suddenly I was funemployed with a lot of free time while figuring out my next career move. I had way more time to draw for myself instead of for work. I started to develop a more consistent style in my drawings as I continued to experiment more with digital drawing and its endless possibilities with brushes, textures, filters, etc. My dogs, George and Haley, were my main muses.
